Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?

You do not need a reservation as we do accept walk-ins, but we do recommend you make a reservation before coming in. Our indoor tables are prioritised for reservations, but our outdoor dining tables are kept available for walk in customers.
What time is your last order?

We close at 6pm and our last order time is 5pm. We offer a takeaway service between 5pm - 6pm, but we stop accepting dine-in requests at 5pm. This is because we believe that an afternoon tea experience shouldn't be rushed.
What times do you serve the Afternoon Tea service?

We serve our afternoon tea and cream tea service all day, and we serve our brunch options until 1pm.
What are the closest tube stations to the shop?

The closest tube stations are Kensington High Street, which has a district and circle line service; and Notting Hill Gate, which has a central, district and circle line service.
Do you serve a vegan Afternoon Tea service?

Unfortunately, we do not currently serve a vegan or gluten free afternoon tea service.
What is the maximum group size for a reservation?

We are a small tea shop, so we can only accommodate a maximum group size of 5 people.
What are the nearby attractions?

There is an abundance of things to do nearby, such as museum hopping from the V&A museum, to the Natural History and Science museum, and to the Design museum. Or visiting famous London parks like Hyde Park with Kensington Palace, or Holland Park and its Japanese gardens. Or if you prefer a bit of shopping there is Westfield Shopping Centre or the renowned vintage Portobello Market.
